SELKIRK-William D. Price, 58, passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2018 at his home.
Bill was born on April 24, 1959 son of the late William D. and Maureen P. (Flinn) Price in Albany, NY.
He began his career in 1998 at the Greene County Correctional Facility where he was currently employed. He was a kind and loving husband, brother, step-father and friend to many. He enjoyed spending time with family, being outdoors and especially spending time with his dog.
Bill was predeceased by his beloved dog, Icy.
Bill is survived by his wife, Irina Price; her son, Vlad Kletnev; his wife, Luidmila Urakhchinskaya; siblings, Daniel Price, Susan Gomes and Carolyn Price-Valeti.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, NY 12189. A funeral service will begin at 7pm following calling hours. Interment will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery at 11am.
To honor his memory and love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society or to a cause preventing cruelty to animals.
