William D. Morrissey

William D. Morrissey Jr., passed away suddenly on June 16, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on October 3, 1960, in Jamaica Queens, New York, he lived a vibrant life filled with laughter, love, and culinary delights.

William moved to Maui, where he spent eight years. He was known not only for his sense of humor and joyous outlook but also for his skills as a good cook. His passions extended to being a devoted fan of the New York Yankees and the New York Jets. He is fondly remembered for his caring nature and willingness to help others.

He is was predeceased by his parents William D.Morrissey Sr. and Elaine Morrissey. William is survived by his loving siblings, Donna, Patricia, and Christopher, alongside his nephews and friends and especially his beloved cat Hana.

Visitation for William will be held on June 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a service at 12:00pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205.
