ALBANY – William "Big Bill" Loughran, 64, died peacefully Friday August 26, surrounded by his loving family.
Bill loved life, helping others, cooking and was an amazing father. Bill is survived by his adoring daughters, Laura and Mary Loughran.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday at Noon at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. An entombment will be held on Thursday, September 1st at 3:00 pm at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
