TROY – William 'Bill' F. Palka Jr., 73, born in Troy, NY, passed away on August 2, 2014, at Samaritan Hospital .
William is survived by his wife, Dolores(Babowicz) Palka, his son, Frank William Palka Sr., his grandson, Frank William Palka Jr, his brother-in-law Joseph Babowicz, and a host of cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by parents William F. and Mary Palka Sr.
Bill was a huge sports fan and will be missed by his many friends and family.
