Albany- William F. "Bill" Kennedy Jr., 78, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 2, 2016. He was born on April 20, 1937 to the late William and Viola Kennedy.
Bill had a passion for photography and he loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Bill joins in eternal life his beloved wife of 35 years, Marcia; two sisters, Joyce Grounds and Jean Ruhl; and two nephews, Joe and Darrin Grounds.
Bill is lovingly remembered by his son and his son's wife Nicholas and Nicole Kennedy; his grandchildren, Braeden, Aniella, and Zachariah; a brother, James (Charlotte) Kennedy; a sister, Joan (George) Schieber; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from 5-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, Colonie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9am on April 7, 2016 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 607 Central Avenue, Albany. Interment will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
