Wendy M. Conn

Wendy M. Conn, 61, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Born to the late Roy and Stella Fowler in Schenectady, New York where she spent her childhood and adulthood.

She attended and graduated from Mohonasen High School. Following graduation, she worked within the food service industry for most of her life. Her most favorable job was taking care of her family and dogs.

Wendy found joy doing various different things. Her hobbies extended from sports, where she could be found on the softball field or shooting pool. She loved the outdoors, where she spent her time camping, fishing, or in her garden.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Ron Fowler and her brother in law, John Roth; her pets, Angel and “The Pack:” Ace, Asia, and Kujo. As well as a host of friends and family members, who are all missed dearly.

Wendy is survived by the love of her life, Edward Luce. Her children, Dennis (Sandy) Hulett, Sean (Caitlin) Hulett, Amanda (Joe) Gallione, and Christina Luce. Her brothers and sister, Roy (Sandy) Fowler, Babe Roth, and Jay (Marlette) Fowler. Additionally her grandchildren, Abigail, Maxwell, Warren, Kaylee, Aniko, Gianni, and Jackson.

A special thanks is extended to Dr. Bullock and her staff at Ellis Hospital for their outstanding care provided during this time.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Monday, May 18th from 12pm to 2pm at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY 12205. Burial will be held immediately after at Park View Cemetery, 40 Fehr Ave, Schenectady, NY.
