SAN DIEGO, CALIF. – Vernisea "Nessa" Eaddy, 50, formerly of Albany, departed this life on Thursday, February 23, 2012. Born April 21, 1961 to the late John Edward and Mildred Eaddy. She leaves behind a daughter, Jonashia Eaddy; brothers, Ronnie (Portia) Eaddy, El-Ramel (Hayley) Shabazz, Jaamel Muhammed, and Massiah (Semico) Eaddy; her sister, Mary (Myron) Smith, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 12 noon to 2 p.m.
