Thomas "Tommy" A. Cozzens

Thomas “Tommy” A. Cozzens, 76, passed away at home on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

He was born in 1950 in Troy, NY to the late Gordon and Anna Cozzens.

Following graduation, Tommy joined the work force working various jobs before ultimately retiring from what is now Covetrus in Albany, NY.

Tommy was a jack of all trades, often helping anyone he could. This eventually led him to getting the nickname “Webster.” He was always at his close friend, Stephen Hepp’s Autobody, fiddling with the newest projects.

In addition to his parents, Tommy is predeceased by his stepfather “Popeye”. His sister, Sharon Raveena as well as bonus sons-in-laws, Gary Vogt and Frankie Hathaway. Also, by his loving canine companions: Princess, Toby, and Zoey.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Cathy Cozzens. His son, Thomas Cozzens Jr. as well as bonus children, Edward Masterson, Kathleen Vogt, and Amber (Floyd) Hathaway. Additionally, by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A special thanks is extended to the Palliative Care nurses and Eddy Visiting Nurses who cared for Tommy.

On behalf of the family, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
