Thomas A. Muskelly, Sr.
May 4, 1953 — July 29, 2017
Schenectady- Thomas A. Muskelly, Sr., 64, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 29, 2017,with his loving family by his side. Thomas was the son of the late Miles and Ruthie Muskelly. Thomas was the devoted husband to Deborah A. Muskelly. They were married 41 years.
Thomas was a Firefighter Police Chief for the Naval Base in Scotia, NY and then became and FPO at the Leo W. O'Brien Federal Building and served in the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to his beloved wife, Thomas is survived by his son Thomas and daughter-in-law, Sharlynn; grandchildren, Shadayah, Teona, and TondaLee; best friend, Greg Wilson; loving brothers and sisters with a multitude of nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives.
Thomas was predeceased by his adored mother-in-law Rosemary Prince.
Visitation will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
