Theresa R. Geer
November 19, 1934 — March 12, 2016
Albany- Theresa R. Geer, 81, passed away suddenly Saturday March 12, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Czernicki.
She is survived by her husband Maurice of 60 years and her children Joseph (Mary), Maurice, Thomas ( Barbara), Carol (Fred) MacDonald, Anthony (Michele) & Loretta (James) Walker. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Theresa is predeceased by her siblings, Barbara, Joan, Mary and Frank.
Theresa loved bingo and elephants as well as helping others. If you needed a ride Theresa was always there. She'll be missed by the residents of Van Rensselaer Manor for her cakes that she loved to bake. She took pride in baking for them. She'll be truly missed. Love you, The Family.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY, 12205. A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
