Teresina Tropiano, 83, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Teresina was a proud Italian woman who immigrated from Italy and worked hard throughout her life as a hotel manager before retiring. She was a devoted mother to her only son, Frank, and a loving grandmother to Michael and Nick.
She loved cooking traditional Italian meals, watching her favorite Italian television shows, and spending time with her family. As the beloved widow of Cosimo Tropiano, she leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and family traditions that will never be forgotten.
May she rest in peace and forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie on Monday, October 12, 2026 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. A funeral service will be follow at 11:30 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Memory Garden's, Colonie, NY.
