Sybil E. Nunes was born on December 23rd, 1934 in Georgetown, Guyana, South America. On December 1st, 2021 Sybil's beautiful life came to an end & she was peacefully called home to be with her Lord & Savior.
Since migrating from Guyana, Sybil has worked effortlessly at Albany County Nursing Home along with 2 other jobs. She wanted nothing more than to make sure her family was happy & living comfortably. She enjoyed cooking, baking, doing crossword puzzles & beautifying her home which she has received a plaque for from the Mayor of Albany. She has become a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church where she attended weekly services & prayer.
Sybil is predeceased by her husband, Stephen Nunes.
Calling Hours & Service will be held at New Comer Cremation & Funeral on Saturday, December 11th, 2021. Viewing will be held 9am- 11am, with service beginning at 11am. Interment Service to follow at Graceland Cemetery.
