Albany- Susan Grace Trifiletti,75, passed away on July 22, 2024 at Rosewood Nursing Home. She was born July 6, 1949, to the late George Turner and Doris Weidman.
She graduated from RCS High School in Ravena with the class of 1968, then went on to work with New York State disability for over 30 years.
Susan leaves behind, her Husband, Tom Trifiletti. Daughter, Amy (David) Hammond. Grandchildren, Justin, Meghan, and Olivia, and many step grandchildren. A host of nieces, and nephews.
We want to thank The Community Hospice for all the help and support they gave us, and a special thank you to the Staff at Rosewood Nursing Home.
Services will be private.
