Stephen P. Wallace, Jr.

Westerlo- Stephen P. Wallace, Jr., 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 22, 2026 with his loving family by his side. He was the son of the late Stephen, Sr. and Joan Wallace. Stephen was the devoted husband to David C. Holumzer. They were together 37 years.

Stephen was a Jack of all trades but most recently worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Albany County Correctional Facility. He previously owned Zoogles Pet Store.

Stephen enjoyed spending time with his entire family, especially his grandchildren. He was an avid antique collector and enjoyed collecting taxidermy animals. Stephen was an animal lover and cherished his pets.

In addition to his husband, Stephen is survived by his children, Stephen P. (Brenda) Wallace III, Christopher Wallace, Justin (Gabriella) Wallace, and Ashley (Ben) Hallenbeck; grandchildren, Katina, Nicholas, Matthew, Justin, Jr., and Juliana; siblings, Nancy (Rick) Franze and Mark (Kelly) Wallace; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was predeceased by his sister Christina Wallace.

Services will be private.
