Stella M. Birnbach, 92, passed away on February 25, 2025 surrounded her loving family. She was born in Albany, daughter of the late John & Rosalia Chmielewski.
She was married to her beloved husband John F. Birnbach for 43 years. Stella was a proud member of the Fuller road Firehouse Ladies Auxiliary. She loved playing slots at the casino, being around friends and family to gossip or go out to eat.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her children Patricia Weiss (Bill), son John J. Birnbach (Diana) and Theresa Birnbach.
She is survived by her son Edward Birbach her favorite (Laura), cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren, several dearest siblings as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Saturday March 8th from 10am-12pm, with a service to follow at 12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals 343 New Karner Rd Colonie NY.
