Sandra L. Blake

Sandra L. Blake, 73, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2025 with her loving family by her side. Sandy was the daughter of the late Edward and Elaine Crandall. Sandra was the devoted wife, of over 42, to the late Frederick A. Blake, Sr.

She worked for Knolls Atomic. Sandy enjoyed going to the Casino, taking rides in the car and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sandy is survived by her children, Tina (Joe) DeBlase, Karrie (Jason) Blake, Frederick (Brittany) Blake, Jr. and Destiny Crandall. She is also survived by her siblings; Kevin Crandall and Carol Crandall, her grandchildren, Makayla, Dylan, Logan, Kennedy, Lily, Alonzo and Dawson.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, New York on Saturday December 13, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Schenectady Memorial Park, Rotterdam, NY.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at The Community Hospice Inn for all of their care and compassion given to Sandy and her family.
