Samuel Springsteen, Sr.

Samuel Springsteen, Sr., 69, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Hudson Park Nursing Home, with his family by his side.
Samuel was the son of Elsie Norman and the late Ralph Springsteen.
Samuel was a beloved member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Albany.
In addition to his mother, Samuel is survived by his children, Evelyn (Hernandez) Poole, Samuel Springsteen Jr., Shawna DuBoise, Stephanie DuBoise, Monique Sheldon and Nylia Springsteen. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 441 Washington Ave., Albany NY. Burial will be private at a later date.
