Roy is survived by his children: Yvette Tibbs, Gayla Tibbs, Roy Tibbs, Jr.(Jacqueline), Valerie Tibbs, Rodney Tibbs, Hamlet Tibbs, and Erica Tibbs.
A service to celebrate Roy's life will be held Monday, January 14, at 11:00 am. A calling hour will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.
