Roseanne M. Furmanek

Roseanne M. Furmanek, 79, passed away at her home on December 14, 2025.

Born on April 2, 1946 in Albany, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late James and Angeline Faragon.

Roseanne was a member of the Italian-American Club and the Albany Polish-American Club. She enjoyed going to the casino, antiquing, dining out with her beloved husband, and above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Charles G. Furmanek.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Brown (Yelena); grandchildren, Gianni and Anthony Brown; sister, Jane Fake; nieces and nephews, Debbie Schultz, Jamie Schultz, Renee Schepisi, James Fake, Jane Fake, and Fred Fake; great-nieces and nephews, Kristen Schultz and Lauren Schultz; and many cousins and friends to cherish her memory.

Calling hours will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., with a funeral service to immediately follow ast 3 p.m., on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Interment to be held at 10 a.m., on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, N.Y. 12871.
