Known as “Duke” to friends and coworkers, he had a passion for skiing and golf and will be fondly remembered by the St. Patrick's Day ski group and his Friday night golf league. Duke was an avid N.Y. Yankees fan, which created many awkward moments on his annual vacation trips to York Beach, Maine (Red Sox country). He was also an active member of the Rotterdam Elks and Eagles clubs.
The family would like to thank the staff at Glendale Nursing Home, especially Randy, for their care of Duke over his final days there.
