Robert D. Neill

Loudonville- Robert D. Neill, 90, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016.
He was the husband of the late Nancy J. Thayer Neill. He is survived by one daughter, Margaret L.(Patrick) Ryan, two grandsons; Daniel, and Kevin, and one nephew of North Carolina, Donald Canfield.
Bob was an avid golfer having learned the game while employed at the Leader Herald newspaper in Gloversville, where he was born. Bob honed his golfing skills over the next twenty years, where he was employed by over half a dozen newspapers under the International Typographical Union. He retired from the Times Union Newspaper with over 30 years of service.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville, NY 12211 on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 10:00am.
