Saint Johnsville- Robert W. Neal, 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2018 with his wife, Dani by his side. Robert is survived by his children, Wendy & Robbie as well as his grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 1:30pm. The family will be meeting at Saratoga National at 1:15pm.
