Richard Reinhart Sr.

Richard J. Reinhart Sr, 79, passed away Sunday June 29th, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 32 years before her passing. 

Richard worked as a chef at University of Albany for many years. He enjoyed fishing, camping and playing cards with friends and family. 

He is survived by his sons Rick Reinhart and Scott Reinhart, daughter Jennifer (Steve) Smith, stepdaughter Danielle Beaupre, grandchildren Jessica, Scotty, Andrew and Emma, stepgrandchildren Camron, Zara, Aiden and Greyson, and his great grandchildren Beckham and Cameron as well as many siblings and his longtime friend Tammy Gear. 

A celebration of life will be held by the family.
