Prince Cureton III

Prince Shaquawn Cureton III was born to Sharkairh Dickerson (Manshawn Williams) and Prince Cureton on September 29, 1992 and departed this life on June 16, 2025.

He graduated from Albany High School in 2011. He was employed at various businesses after graduating, including NYS, Wal-Mart, and Albany Medical Center.

Prince was a family man, always there for everyone, loved playing sports, basketball, football, and baseball. He was a quiet storm who was funny, always had jokes, was stubborn, well mannered, loving, humble, kindhearted, protector of family; whether you were blood or not, he was a laid-back person, but could fight. Lastly, Prince had a smile that lit up any room and was the cheapest man in history.

He leaves to mourn his passing his mom and dad, grandmother; Regina Duncan Siblings; Yasuan Cureton (Taveiona), Khyir Williams, Princess & Idaya Cureton; Nephew; Yasir Cureton, Niece; Anyla Cureton; God Daughters; Aniyla, Niyayia Williams. Aunts; Octavia, Afreka, Marramekka, Johanne, Atoya, Cousins; Venaisha, Ashanti, Kyanna, Nubia, Giya, Chu-kyra, Rayhiem, & Lyric & Rylo, Surai, Messiah, Amore, and Naiima. Special friend; Lahjahniek Ramdene, God Mother; Jacqueline Thomas. God brothers; Zae' Quail Shaw, Daron Simmons, and Amairah Lewis. Prince was pre-deceased by his Grandfather, Prince Cureton, Sr., and Grandmother, Minni Cureton.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday June 25th from 10am-12pm with a service at 12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd Colonie NY. 

Interment immediately following in Albany Rural Cemetery.
