She was born in Watervliet on May 5, 1950. She attended local schools.
Phyllis was employed by several area businesses until her retirement.
She is survived by her husband of many years, Carl M. D'Amico of Troy.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
