SCHENECTADY- Peter P. Kelly, 87, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Ellis Hospital.
Peter was born in Schenectady, NY on April 2, 1929 to the late Peter and Helen Kelly. Peter was a graduate of Nott Terrace High School in 1947, served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and was a baker by trade for many years.
Peter is predeceased by his wife, Arlene Kelly, and his sister, Irene Thorrick.
He is survived by his children; Sophie Kelly, Bernadette (Kevin) Tremblay, Peter Kelly, and Rebecca Kelly, his 8 grandchildren; and his 4 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, Colonie Chapel, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 10:00am. Burial will be held at Parkview Cemetery, Schenectady, NY.
