SCHENECTADY – Perley "Bob" E. Sweet, 72, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at his sister and brother-in-laws home in Colonie.
Perley was born on November 9, 1942 in Winsted, CT and was the son of the late Perley E. and Jennie (Venner) Sweet. He worked as a dishwasher at Scotia Diner for many years before retiring.
Perley is survived by his sisters, Patricia (Patrick) Murphy of Colonie, Flora Barbagallo of Colonie and Linda (Dan) Koslowski of Loveland, CO and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Richard J. Sweet.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Colonie.
