Oriana C. Carbonell

Oriana C. Carbonell, 56, wife of Arnaldo Carbonell, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at home with her loving family by her side. Born July 11, 1969, in Albany NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Patricia (Atkins) Touzin. Full obituary to follow. 

Oriana worked at St. Mary's Hospital for 14 years and became a valued friend and co-worker by many. Oriana loved everyone and was also known as "Ma" to many. She was the most loving and caring person anybody met. Oriana enjoyed bowling and bingo but her favorite thing was to spend time with her family, most of all her grandkids. 

Oriana is survived by her two beautiful daughters, Jessica (Paul) Sherry, and Stephanie Hulett; her four grandchildren, Caleb, Cayleigh, Avianah and Shawn, and husband Arnaldo Carbonell.

Friends and family are invited to attend visitation on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm with a Time of Remembrance to begin at 2:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205. Family invites those who attend to bring their favorite story or memory to share during the service.
