Nicolo' "Nick" Macchiarella

Nicolo' "Nick" Macchiarella, 85, husband to Linda (DiCaprio ) Macchiarella, of Guilderland NY, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at home with his loving family by his side. Born March 3, 1940, he was the son of the late Sebastiano and Anna (LaTargia) Macchiarella. Full Obituary to follow

Visitation will take place on Sunday September 7, 2025, from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm. At 2:30pm, the Fort Hunter Fire Department will perform a service to honor Nicolo and his half a century of service, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205. On Monday, September 8, 2025, friends are welcome to return to the funeral home from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, with a Funeral Service to begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 2501 Troy Schenectady Rd, Niskayuna, NY 12309.
