Naishawn Jahflee Quayveir Williams unexpectedly received his wings on December 26, 2025. He was 29 years old, just short of 3 months from his 30th birthday on March 6th. Naishawn was born, raised and educated in Albany, NY. He attended school through the Albany School School District, graduating with his High School Diploma from Albany High School.
Naishawn loved working with the youth. Throughout his journey to become a Teacher, he was previously employed as support staff at local schools as well at the Albany Boys & Girls Club. Naishawn was passionate about his desire to help others. He was someone who was always ready to help his family & friends no matter the circumstances. His willingness to help any and everyone whether it was braiding hair or helping others moving to a new place to babysitting when his family and friends needed the help.
His talent for dancing was simply amazing. Naishawn took time to praise the lord with his mom and her church family by participating in Sunday services and Bible study. Our church family adored him and celebrated him every time he participated and shared his thoughts. The smile he had for everyone around him was infectious and contagious. He enjoyed getting dressed nicely and posing for photos (period 👌🏿)!!!! He’s one of a kind. Anytime there were more than three people around, he was ready to play cards or play an inclusive game to enjoy spending time with his loved ones. Naishawn was very creative making music and recording social media videos dancing and laughing.
Naishawn is predeased by his dad Tony Williams; his grandfather, Willie Morris; his great-grandmothers Williams (dad) and Ever Mae Parker (mom) and Gannie Sanders (mom).
He is survived by his mother Cashawna Burt (WayneBurt); grandmothers, Pauline Parker and Brenda Williams; siblings, SheiQuan Parker, Nierra Carter, Shaquelle Parker, Jahaad Redding, Diamond Williams, Monifah Williams, Zaria Williams, Quanere Williams. We give special thanks to his Aunts Heavenly Morris, Lameeka Williams, Tymeek Williams and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was blessed to have the love and support of all those that took time to give condolences and hugs. This journey shows how real and pure love can make a difference in another person’s life.
