ALBANY – Melvina Y. Howard, 52, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Hudson Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 12:30 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands. "Heaven holds the faithful departed."
