Mary Jane T. Chiffolo

Colonie- Mary Jane T. Chiffolo, 91, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Elizabeth De Augustine. Mary Jane is reunited in heaven with her husband, Nicholas T. Chiffolo.

Mary Jane worked for several employers over the years. She was a collector with Sears and Key Bank. She also worked as a legal assistant with several law firms. Mary Jane and her husband would spend winters in Myrtle Beach and Florida. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, and going to the casino.

Mary Jane is survived by her two children Anthony J. Chiffolo (MaryAnn) and Theresa Arnold (Dave). She was also the loving “Nanny” to Nicholas Arnold (Jessica). Mary Jane is also survived by her life long friend Grace Kross and her God Daughters, Denise Kvancz and Michelle Rafferty.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

A wake will be held from 5pm-5:30pm on Tuesday, December 30th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY 12205. A memorial service will follow starting at 5:30pm.
