Marianne Dillon

Marianne Dillon, 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at The Home of the Good Shepherd.

Marianne was born in Brooklyn and was the daughter of the late John Malachi Dillon and Ann Hicks Dillon. She is survived by her sisters Susan Middleton and Sharon Overbury, nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends.

Throughout the years Marianne worked for a variety of business firms. She retired from the USDA, Dairy Division, Market Administrator's Office in 2007. She and her mother moved upstate from Woodside, Queens, NY, in 1992 when the Federal Office moved to Albany from Manhattan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date at Christ The King Church, 20 Sumter Ave, Albany, NY, 12203. A graveside service will follow the Mass at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, 1389 Central Ave., Colonie, New York, where Marianne will be laid to rest with her mother.
