Menands- Luella C. Bates, 102, passed away of natural causes on December 29, 2015. Luella was the daughter of the late Calvin and Elizziebell Dayter. She was the wife of the late Charles D. Bates.
She is survived by her two daughters Luella "Mitzi" Dominic and Judith Ann McGuire. She is predeceased by her son Calvin Charles Bates.
Luella is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
