Louise Lloyd, 73, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Albany Medical Center with her loving family by her side.
Louise was the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Zirpoli .
Louise was the devoted wife of over 35 years to Kenneth Lloyd.
She was a member and a communicant of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Rensselaer.
She was a past member of American Legion Post # 1231 of Rensselaer.
Louise enjoyed reading, researching health issues, she was devoted to her spiritual life and loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Mary Murtha and her brother, Albert Zirpoli.
Louise is survived by her husband Kenneth Lloyd. She is the adored mother of Louise Earl, Lisa (Jim Bob) Medlock, John Earl, Jr., James Earl and Robert Earl. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, five brothers, five sisters and a host of family members.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 9:30 am at St. Marys of Clinton Heights, 163 Columbia Tpke., Rensselaer, NY 12144. Interment will be on Friday, November 3rd, at 10:00 am at Most Holy Redeemer, Niskayuna, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association 5 Pine West Plaza, Suite 505 Albany, New York, 12205 or to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 3 Oakland Avenue Menands, NY 12204 in Louise's memory.
