Lois Irene Smith, 95, passed away peacefully on June 8th, 2026.
Born January 26th, 1931, in Clifton Park, she was the daughter of the late Parker and Florence (Butler) Hatlee.
Lois attended Roessleville High School in Colonie and then worked for 50 years in the insurance claims business. In her spare time, she loved reading, tending to her flowers and plants, watching the birds and animals in her yard, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by the love of her life Floyd St. Clair, her daughter Linda Davis, and her granddaughter Rebecca Davis (Tyler).
Family and friends are invited to her celebration of life on Wednesday, June 17th from 2-4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. The memorial service will be held at 4pm.
