Lois K. Costeniuc

Lois K. Costeniuc, 94, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at St. Peter’s Hospital.

She was born in Albany on April 15, 1931, a daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Zickler) Kimmel.

Lois was employed for many years with the State of New York Dept. of Education, retiring in 1993. Lois loved animals and enjoyed gambling on the slot machines.

In addition to her parents, Lois was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, John G. Costeniuc in 2022 and her siblings.

She is survived by her son, John and several nieces and nephews.

At Lois’ request there will be no services.
