Lenzy Motley, Jr.

Albany- Lenzy Motley Jr., 66, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was the son of the late Lenzy, Sr. and Margaret Motley. Lenzy was the devoted partner to Mernetta I. Lewis. They were together 31 years.

Lenzy enlisted in the United States Navy where he served proudly until his honorable discharge. He went on to work many jobs being a Jack of all Trades but retired as a Laborer for The Port in Albany.

Lenzy enjoyed spending time with his entire family and loved cooking for them.

In addition to his partner, Lenzy is survived by his long time best friend, Donna Motley; his 2 brothers; 3 sisters; as well as his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Lenzy is predeceased by his siblings Judy, Louis, and Earl Shane Motley.
