Kevin J. Kindlon

Kevin Joseph Kindlon, 32, of Albany, New York, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family and friends at St. Peter’s Hospital.

Kevin was born on May 1, 1993, and was the beloved son of John and Joanne Kindlon. He attended Albany High School and went on to build a career at Rivage Landscaping, where he was able to do the work he truly loved. Kevin had a deep love for the outdoors, especially fishing with his father, whom he proudly called his best friend.

Kevin cherished time spent with his family and friends. His kind heart, warmth, and loyalty left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. To know Kevin was truly to love him.

He is survived by his loving parents, John and Joanne Kindlon; his brother, Sean (Nicole) Kindlon; his sister, Jenna Kindlon; his brother, Robert (Cindy) Hanks; and his close friend, Alex Hamm. He was a devoted uncle to his nephews, Sean Kindlon and Jason Kindlon. Kevin is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Andrea (Cache) Tricomi, Joseph Tricomi, Linda Kindlon, Joseph Kindlon, Ed (Kyle) Kindlon, and George DeJesus; his cousins Katrina Lee, Natalie Pinckney, Angela DeJesus, Amanda Johnson; and many other cherished family members.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Mario Tricomi, Joy Tricomi, Hank Kindlon, and Jane Kindlon.

Services will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York 12205 (518-456-4442). Calling hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. A service will begin at 12pm with burial immediately following at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
