Kailee Louise Hargrove, 39, passed away surrounded by family after a yearlong cancer battle.  She grew up in Delanson, NY graduated from Duanesburg High School and went on to Hudson Valley Community College and received an associate's degree in GM Automotive Service Education program. 

She worked at DeNooyer Chevrolet and then found her career at Automate which sold and ended up at Solerna, where she excelled working from home. She spent time caring for her dogs, reading ad drawing. Kailee loved her family & friends but her most treasured time was with her son Stephen Jr. Going to great escape, Dave & Busters, The Crossings, collecting Pokeman cards and an extensive collection of toys.

Kailee is survived by her parents Audrey & Eugene Hotaling Jr, brothers Shay Hargrove (Stephen), Zackary Hotaling (Brenna), her Sister Breanne Hotaling, her Grandmother Patricia Gifford, her partner and love of her life Stephen Saunders Sr, her son; Stephen Saunders Jr, her stepdaughter Kaley Saunders and her mother-in-law Pam Saunders.

Kailee loved many relatives from her Gifford, Hotaling, Hargrove and extended Saunders families, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts and nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026 at Newcomer Cremation & Funerals 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY from 1 to 3pm with time to share memory's starting at 2:30pm.
