Judy Ann (Kouzan) Sirigiano, 60, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away after a tragic accident on May 18, 2026.
Born in Schenectady, New York, on May 20, 1965, Judy was the daughter of the late William Michael Kouzan and Marion (Ermel) Kouzan. She was also predeceased by her brother, William Kouzan Jr.
Judy attended Mohonasen High School and later worked at Shaker Computer and Management Services. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her love for family, and the many lives she touched throughout her life.
Judy loved the beach and especially enjoyed collecting seashells along the shore. She also loved watching sunsets by the water, where she found peace and happiness. She and her husband, Philip, shared a love of dining out together and spending time exploring local restaurants and enjoying life’s simple pleasures. Above all, Judy was a devoted and loving mother to her son, Nicholas, who meant the world to her. Those close to her will remember her warmth, kindness, and the joy she found in everyday moments.
Judy is survived by her loving husband, Philip James Sirigiano Jr.; her beloved son, Nicholas Dibble; and Nicholas’s father, Carlton Dibble. She is also survived by her loving in-laws, Philip and Eleanor Sirigiano, along with her sisters, Joyce McElroy (Joseph) of Venice, Florida, Susan Dantz of Syracuse, New York, and Joanne Kouzan (Jane Wilson) of Brunswick, Maine; and her brother, John Kouzan (Lisa) of Webster, New York.
She is also survived by her cherished nieces and nephews: Denise Walker of Syracuse, New York; Jessica Kaczka of Rochester, New York; Alyssa Seligman of Clifton Park, New York; Christopher Kouzan of Webster, New York; Jason Kouzan of Glenville, New York; and Andrew Kouzan of Tonawanda, New York.
Judy will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A memorial service to immediately follow at 6 p.m.
