COLONIE- Judith M. Shambo, 74, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family.
Judy was born on November 16, 1943 to the late Frederick and Mildred Barber. In 1996 Judy married her soul mate, John A. Shambo. They were together for over 30 years until his passing in 2016. Judy will be remembered for her love of Mickey Mouse, traveling, and her pets. Her passion in life was her family.
Judy is predeceased by her husband and soulmate, John A. Shambo, her former husband, Steven A. Roff, and her siblings, William Barber, Beverly Holbrook, and June Barber.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Michelle (the late Vache) Archanian, her grandsons, Zachary and Joshua, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204
