Joshua Anthony Gordon Sr., was born on October 15, 1987, in Peekskill, NY to the union of Vera Gordon and the late Robert Anthony Gordon Sr.
Joshua attended Peekskill City School District before moving to Troy, NY in 1999 where he attended Troy City School District starting in the 7th grade. Joshua was a hard-working man. Joshua started working at Dunkin' Donuts in Wynantskill, NY in 2020. He was dedicated to going to work everyday where he built friendships with his customers as well as his co-workers. Joshua was an entertainer, no matter where he was or who he was with, he entertained everyone around him, at work, in the store, at home, at shows (on and off the stage). He loved to perform and put on a show, he goes by his stage name "G3 Da God". Joshua loved music, dancing, family, friends, traveling and just life itself. He loved hobbies like drawing, coloring, fishing, playing cards and dice, going to the casino and he even started his own clothing line. Joshua battled with cancer for 8 long years. He fought everyday up until his final moment and even then he hid his pain (physically and internally), just to make sure he put a smile on everyone else's face. Joshua was determined to live his life to the fullest and was not going to let anything or anyone stop him. When he had his mind set to something he made sure he achieved that goal. Joshua loved to travel so much that he drove anywhere he was going no matter what. Joshua was a great dedicated, caring and loving father. He loved his kids, nieces and nephews, all the same to where he came up with the nickname uncle daddy (if you know, then you know). He made sure he did not miss a beat with his family no matter what. He attended school events and games, especially if no one else could make it, he made sure someone was in the stands to support them. Joshua was the glue to his family making sure to plan a lot of events and outings. When his father (Poppa Doc) passed away in 2020 Joshua took over the role as the next father figure for the family. He touched so many lives from the stage to his friendships and his personal life.
