Joe enjoyed country music, movies, NASCAR races, and especially spending time with his family and friends camping in the Adirondacks each summer. Joe was also a devout fan of the New York Giants, and he absolutely adored his dog, Coco.

He is predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Linda, and his brothers, Charles and Donald. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Pasquini and her husband, Joseph; his daughters Sharon and Suzanne; and his son, Brian, who followed in his father's footsteps to serve in the U.S. Army and was deployed during Desert Storm.
