Schenectady- John "Jack" Wujciak, passed away, Saturday, January 24th 2015 at his home with his wife Janice by his side.
John is survived by his brother; Eddie (Doris) Wujciak and several nieces and nephews.
The family would also like to thank the staff of the Schenectady Hospice for the care and compassion given to Jack and his family.
Donations in Jack's name may be made the American Cancer Society, American Cancer Society – Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons Ct. PO BOX 7, East Syracuse , NY 13057-0007 or the Sunnyview Rehab Center, 1270 Belmont Ave, Schenectady, NY 12308.
John is survived by his brother; Eddie (Doris) Wujciak and several nieces and nephews.
