Passed away on January 11th, 2018 at the age of 83.
Predeceased by his wife Dorothy and daughters, Mary Ellen Lifite and Sandra Judd.
John is survived by his children, John Jr. Lifite , Susan Fuller and William Lifite; Katherine (David) Yates, and John D. Shoemaker; granddaughter Shannon as well as several other grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Raymond (Donna) and William Lifite, his partner of 10 years Gwen Picard, and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 10am to 12pm at New Comer Cremations and Funerals 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY 12205. Interment to follow at St. John Lutheran Cemetery Sand Creek Rd.
In lieu of flowers donations in John's name may be made to Dialysis Clinical Incorporated, 176 Washington Avenue Ext, Albany, NY 12203.
