John Breski, 94, of Rotterdam, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at his home.
Born in Poland, John was the son of the late Steven and Antoinette Bialobrzeski. John was the devoted husband to the late Pauline Breski, they were married over 65 years.
John is survived by a niece and nephew, Lori and Chris Sullivan.
John served in the US Army during World War II and was part of the Omaha Beach landing.
For over 35 years John was employed with General Electric Company in Schenectady, where he was a machinist and a quality control inspector in the gas turbine department.
In his pastime, he loved working in his garden raising dahlias.
It was John's request that there will be no calling hours. Burial will be privately held at the convenience of the family.
Interment in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Rotterdam.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Ave, Scotia, NY 12302.
