Joan A. Harris

Latham- Joan A. Harris, 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at her home with her loving husband by her side. She was the daughter of the late Richard Shover and Jeanne Dugan. Joan was the devoted wife to Harold W. Harris. They were married 23 wonderful years.

Joan enjoyed spending time with her family. Most of all Joan cherished animals, from taking in cats, to feeding raccoons, all animals loved her just as much as she loved them.

In addition to her loving husband, Joan is survived by her uncle, Ron Gusberti; 2 brother in laws; 8 sister in laws; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family who will all miss her dearly.

Services are private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Joan's name and memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. Please continue to care for the animals she loved so much in this world.
