SCHENECTADY – Jill M. Saxby, 62, passed away on October 18, 2023. She was born on March 18, 1961 in Cohoes, a daughter to the late John and Katie Kurtnzer. She graduated from Cohoes High School.
Following her graduation, Jill pursued a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was employed with the Visiting Nurses Association, a job she enjoyed as she truly loved helping people.
In her spare time, Jill loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Richard; her daughter, Kasie Seyboth and her husband Christopher; her son Thomas and his wife Deja; 6 grandchildren, Peyton, Kaiden, Jayden, Xavier, Ally, and Hayden.
She is also survived by her sister, Diane Cusack of Ravena; her brother, Jack Kurtnzer and his wife, Jamie as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on October 28, 2023 from 1-6pm at the Schenectady Veterans of World War 2, 1809 Union Street, Schenectady, NY.
