Jessica L. White

Jessica L. White, 34, of Colonie, NY, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, at St. Peter’s Hospice in Albany, NY.

Jessica was born on February 5, 1992, in North Carolina to the late Carla J. Sapienza and the late Jeffrey W. White. Jess and her mother, Carla, later moved back to Latham, where she graduated from Shaker High School.

Jessica loved painting, coloring, and writing poetry. She was happiest when she was spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica is survived by her grandparents, Sharon (Lee) Czechowicz of Colonie and Edward (Maria) Sapienza of Latham; her uncles, Nicholas (Donna) Sapienza and Brendon Serritella; her cousins, Nicholas, Tia, and Sierra Sapienza, and Lindsey and Mackenzie Serritella; and her second cousins, Contessa, Johnavin and Isabella. She is also survived by many loving great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

In honoring Jess’s wishes, there will be no calling hours, and burial will be private. Though her life was far too short, she will be missed every single day. We take comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with her mom and dad.
